Absolutely amazing experience start to finish! All the staff on the boat and in the office are incredibly friendly, professional, knowledgeable, approachable and accommodating. We got to see whale breaches and swim with humpies! The snacks, drinks, and lunch were big portions and delicious! Would highly recommend this tour company!!!! I learned a lot, and felt really safe out at sea. The view was phenomenal. If youre looking for a great tour group that treats you like family, then look no further!
Such a great time! I spent 2 months in Exmouth recently completing some research for my PhD. Ningaloo Whale Shark Swim were very supportive of this and they allowed me to come on board with them multiple times to conduct my uni research. Their generosity and help throughout this project is really appreciated. I think it is fantastic to see that companies in this area are willing to support research and I think that this highlights their commitment to reef conservation. The times that I went out with these guys were so awesome. The staff are all really friendly, fun and professional. Ningaloo Reef offers so many amazing experiences and the crew will make sure that you have the best day you can possibly have. I was lucky enough to go out on quite a few trips with these guys and it is very fair to say that they run a great day out. The boat is nice and spacious, the food is delicious and the crew will all go out of their way to make sure that you are having fun. Whatever tour you do with these guys I am sure you will have a great time. I know that I had such an incredible experience and enjoyed every single day I was lucky enough to go out with them. Had an awesome trip out with Ningaloo Whaleshark Swim right at the end of the season (October). We went with a group of friends who all had kids and we all had lots of time to swim with humpbacks and whale sharks. The crew were super helpful with the kids and the service was amazing. Such knowledgeable staff and a really comfortable boat. An unforgettable experience for all of us.
Got to see 2 different whalesharks in 3 out of 4 dives. Excellent an unique experience. Great crew that will do almost anything in their powers to make your day. tip: take the extra photopackage. It is well worth it. There pictures are so much better than anything you can make.
I was lucky enough to volunteer on the boat for a week and had the most amazing experience. The staff are a great time and make sure to take care of all the guests. This company has its own spotter plane so you are pretty much guaranteed to see a few whale sharks and let me tell you they are incredible! We even met the owner, who is a lovely man with a passion for the sea! He truly cares about his company and ensures that everyone has the best experience possible :)
