Great place, great value, welcoming and friendly helpful staff, close to the beaches, if you want to escape the busy camp grounds of the town then 100% recommended. Only downfall was the showers are a bit small with little people but other then that its best camp ground in Exmouth by far. Thanks for having us and we will be back in the next few months.
Friendly staff, clean amenities, reasonable amounts of shade, nicely grassed campnig areas and an awesome location. Great spot!
Arrived yesterday for 5 nights and checked out today as the amenities are absolutely disgusting, the most run down place we have ever stayed at. the showers were so dirty I refused to use them and the floors were full of pee! The stench was so bad I was dry reaching!! Went to reception this morning to advise we were leaving and the hound girl behind the counter did nothing but argue the toss with me telling me Im in breach for using their closed toilets and shower facilities!!! No signage anywhere and yet she argued and argued! Told me she was going to issue me a refund for the full amount before I stood my ground with her, could not believe how rude she was! After ten minutes of arguing with me telling me those amenities are closed a helpful lady came across and I walked her to the amenities to prove they werent closed and pointed out all the issues! Her customer service was amazing unlike the girl at reception! Anyway we left and got a full refund. Certainly wont be back! Should have read all the trip adviser reviews before hand as they all report the same problems! Not to mention our booking was for two dogs and they only charged us one pet bond on check in, despite us telling them we had two dogs and giving her their names... 20 minutes later shes at our site demanding a 2nd pet bond because we only paid for one!! That was not my error or problem! Worst experience Ive ever had!
Good. .. especially if you can't get into the Cape Range NP camps further on. They're always expanding here. .. look for and ask for the unpowered sites at 180 to 190. Quieter and chilled! Good new toilet-shower block. Earlier blocks showing their age. Recommended overall.
Camped here as part of a tour group. Clean and well equipped facilities. Staff were exceptionally helpful for booking tours. Good wifi but limited range. Close to reef and range, and nice scenic outlook.
